We have been working with Kelly Pina for a while now. She happened to be our third realtor we were trying and we came across her just by chance. My wife and I were starting to think we'd never find someone capable enough to help us find what we were looking for. Kelly has been such a godsend. From her suggestions on homes to finding little details about things we missed, as well as critical things that might be deal breakers, she has been spot on. Her suggestion to not offer as much as we were originally planning on our home worked out perfectly. Kelly wasn't just interested in trying to find any place for us quickly, she never failed to make sure it was the one we were truly comfortable with. My wife and I were always so impressed with her honesty, ideas and advice on everything. Oftentimes she would have our questions answered before asking and when we did have a new question, she would always get to the bottom of it. We could not have asked for more in a professional and felt like we made a friend for life.

Melissa Morsch and her daughter Amber Wills helped me sell my mom's home after she passed away. They offered valuable advice but weren't pushy and at the same time they were sensitive to what a difficult task it was. If you don't use their services it's a dis service to yourself in my opinion.
